- You will first pay a deposit of €300 + shipping* if the destination is located outside the peninsula (Spain). *Shipping to the peninsula has NO costs.

- You will receive an email from us with your reservation information.

- If you decide to cancel your reservation before the end of the installment payment terms, you will be credited with the entire amount paid so far, plus shipping costs except for the payment per reservation. The initial €300 will be the deposit per personalized product.

- The Coco Reborn workshop will contact you to finalize the details of your product, payment and shipping.

- You will be able to pay the rest of €1,690, in the installments and at the time that is most comfortable for you, having a maximum period of two years to complete the full payment. This payment method has NO interest.

- The silicone baby will be sent to you once the last payment has been made.

- You can contact us for any questions that arise during the process and we will advise you on whatever you need.

All silicone babies made by Coco Reborn will be treated as personalized orders. Well, these dolls are manufactured on demand and their creation begins at the time of our reservation confirmation.
You can also request unique characteristics, such as skin color, hair type, etc... And that means that our orders cannot be easy to sell to other clients. For this reason, personalized or custom-made products, according to Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) that modifies the LOCM art. 45 the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return will not be applicable in this case.

IMPORTANT! If you reserve a silicone baby by mistake, and do not notify us before our RESERVATION confirmation, the money will not be refunded.

The special edition Coco Blue babies will have a creation time of between 4 to 6 weeks + shipping time depending on destination.

All silicone reborn babies from the Coco Reborn brand are available for international shipping throughout the year and are managed by the same Coco Reborn workshop.

Fun Surprises® manages the reservation of the product, without additional costs, Coco Reborn is in charge of the manufacturing and distribution process, which for this product is estimated to deliver between 4 to 6 weeks.
