We will send you an email with the tracking number and the shipping company that will manage the delivery so that you can check the tracking and agree on schedules if necessary.

The reborn baby Lindea and her twin Leo have been very successful on our YouTube channel. Unfortunately we do not have them available to sell in our online store. Lindea and Leo are part of a limited edition kit by sculptor Gudrun Legler of 1001 units worldwide. It is possible to find a second-hand copy in other markets but we do not have reliable information so we do not recommend purchasing it.

We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands temporarily. Currently we do ship to the Balearic Islands.

We currently ship internationally only to some EU countries. More info here. Shipments outside the EU are made during two annual periods, one at the beginning of the year and the other in autumn, ideal for preparing Christmas gifts. By law, any online business must have a minimum of 14 calendar days to return the order, except for personalized products. We offer you 30 calendar days to return your product since we know that a gift can be purchased in advance. Before proceeding with a return, we recommend that you consult our returns policy.

We recommend that you always check the product in front of the carrier and thus check for possible damage due to transport and that the same carrier takes it with them. If this is not possible, we recommend that you sign the delivery as "non-compliant" and then properly review the order.
