If you choose "reservation":

- You will first pay a deposit of €110 + shipping* if the destination is located outside the peninsula (Spain). *Shipping to the peninsula has NO costs.

- The total cost of the product is €750 without extras.

- If you want to customize the hair, eyes and skin color, there will be no additional charge.

- If you want to add the extra "liquid system" (+€80), the total cost of the product will rise to €830.

- You can pay the reservation with a credit/debit card or through PayPal. If you have problems with any of these payment methods, contact us at shop@sorpresasdiviertes.com to make a bank transfer.

- You will receive an email from us with your reservation information.

- The Coco Reborn workshop will contact you to finalize the details of your product, payment and shipping.

- You will be able to pay the rest of €640, plus extras if applicable, in the installments and time that is most comfortable for you, having a maximum period of two years to complete the full payment. This payment method has NO interest.

- If you decide to cancel your reservation before the end of the installment payment terms, you will be credited with the entire amount paid so far, plus shipping costs except for the payment per reservation. The initial €110 will be the deposit per personalized product.

- The silicone baby will be sent to you once the last payment has been made.

- You can contact us through shop@sorpresasdiviertes.com for any questions that arise during the process and we will advise you on whatever you need.

All silicone babies made by Coco Reborn will be treated as personalized orders. Well, these dolls are manufactured on demand and their creation begins at the time of our reservation confirmation.
You can also request unique characteristics, such as skin color, hair type, etc... And that means that our orders cannot be easy to sell to other clients. For this reason, personalized or custom-made products, according to Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) that modifies the LOCM art. 45 the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return will not be applicable in this case.

IMPORTANT! If you reserve a silicone baby by mistake, and do not notify us before our RESERVATION confirmation, the money will not be refunded.

The creation time for this model is 10 (working) days + shipping time depending on destination.

All silicone reborn babies from the Coco Reborn brand are available for international shipping throughout the year and are managed by the same Coco Reborn workshop.

Fun Surprises® manages the product reservation, without additional costs, Coco Reborn takes care of the manufacturing and distribution process with its "10-day creation" commitment. The data provided will be used so that the Coco Reborn workshop can contact the customer and manage the shipment.
